Service Description

This consultation appointment can be used for the following: 1. Provide training and/or assistance so the client can learn how to perform a routine & wellness care task. 2. Meet and greet for future appointments. 3. Routine & wellness care tasks that are not listed as a standard service. This appointment covers up to two routine & wellness care services. The client is responsible for providing any medications or related supplies.
